1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries in the Fesselspiel online shop, operated by Fesselspiel (hereinafter referred to as "Seller").

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The Seller is entitled to accept or reject this offer from the customer within 14 days.

All prices in the online shop are stated in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. The shipping costs will be displayed to the customer before completing the order and are to be borne by the customer.

9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of the Seller. Should any provision of these GTC be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
